Obsidiew an 1000d door screw - where do I use it?

After waiting for quite I while, I've been able to complete my new system build using this case.lp

 

I have a dumb question. The screw that comes with the glass door. Where does it go? I can't seem to figure that out.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The screw is inserted into the top door hinge (there is a vertical threaded hole through the center of the hinge). It is meant to keep the door from being lifted up and off its hinges.
