DScott8732 Posted May 29, 2020 Share Posted May 29, 2020 i just purchased the iCUE 465x RGB Black case from Newegg. after unboxing and starting my build. i removed the tempered glass panel and it slipped like 1/2 inch and hit the table and shattered into a million pieces. i don't want to ship back to Newegg because it was NOT a shipping problem and i really like the case. heck i would not mind even paying for a new glass panel. how would i go about ordering a replacement?
