I posted a month or 2 ago about this and everytime someone suggests going into "Sounds settings > Recordings tab > Levels > Balance" but that button is NOT there for wireless headphones. It is there for the wired version of the headphones but not for wireless. I've not been able to find a solution to this problem and I have seen others have the same issue. Just post a sticky so people know the limitations of your product. Right/left (or any balance configuration) audio balancing should be one of the first features implemented on any audio device.
