Has any1 else ever seen this on the cooling block? This is second one in a row to do this to me, with the exact same LED on the block. The pump is working and so are the fans. I am not sure if it is voltage issue causing this. I am not able to control the LEDS from ICUE at all either.

Is the block getting fried? The only LED at show is like 3-4 red ones on the left and then 3-4 green on the top and right side.

My first though runs to software conflict. Are you running any other RGB software like Gigabyte Fusion? Do you have any other Corsair RGB devices that are also acting strange?

Typically if you physically blow the LEDs or the controller they off, get stuck half way, something unique. 1/3 Red-Green-Blue around the edge screams deliberate settings. That is not one of CUE's default patterns. I don't have any GA boards, but perhaps someone else can guide you through some compatibility settings.
