Default Virtuoso muting when adjusting the mic

Anyone else having an issue with the headset muting/unmuting the mic while adjusting the position of the mic? I will move the mic one or two inches up or down and it will mute or unmute. Weird.

I would create a ticket for this one. Or, if purchased within 14 days (EU) you can go back to the point of purchase and exchange the headset.

However, Corsair probably would like to receive the headset due to a new release and first customer returns.

Creating a ticket is probably the best.

Thanks! That's what I had feared. Ticket submitted to Corsair and they are probably sending me a new one.
