Ajax.TX
What specific problem? There were multiple originally. If the pump is not detected in iCUE, make sure you change the voltage control from auto to “4 pin” PWM as noted above. Auto won’t work without a 12v wire and the pump lead is just a PWM and tachometer wire. I have tired all the above steps. I am in the same spot as fufu with every exact problem. I submitted a ticket so hopefully they will have a solution. Also, when I switch my fan configs in iCUE to "hydro x series" RPM's drop to 0. 5kippy
I also have the same problem as Ajax.TX and Fufuu. 0 RPM in iCUE for the XD5 despite being connected to the CoPro in the "optimal" configuration. Just submitted a ticket today hoping that multiple user concerns will speed up the process of finding a solution.
usna92
Hi Greybeard. Add me to the list of people with the same issue on my Hydro X pump. Ticket number 2000811109. Thanks, usna92
c-attack
I'm afraid I am in this group as well. If you can't do RPM, try to use % PWM for control and also make sure the Commander Pro is set to 4 pin mode and not AUTO. usna92
Followed all the steps, said all the words, etc. Tach is stuck at 0RPM no matter what I set where. Called Corsair and it is getting RMA'd. Hopefully the replacement gets here soon.
c-attack
I don't think the RPM will show under any circumstances, but those affected might still be able to use the pump in PWM % mode to the keep the fluid going 'round.
5kippy
Just an update, the RMA'd pump works great, so if you see 0 RPM in iCue, new pump will likely fix the pump speed problem.
