As I read in the relative section, lately the gas lift of the T1 RACE chair has been modified, but I think the result is far from optimal, since the chair hardly reaches 40 cms of seat height, against the 52 cms reported in the official site tech specs. Several questions, then: 1. What should be the RMA procedure? 2. What can we hope to obtain from it? New parts, for example? As a tip to Corsair, I'd say to revisit the gas lift concept, cause it's giving so much problems to many people.
