Riptide_NVN
I have tried setting it to RGB of 255,255,255 and also selecting the white basic color. Nothing works. I end up with a weird looking amber yellow color instead. What is the issue here? I can set other colors OK, just not white. I've updated the iCUE software and it hasn't helped. Thanks. c-attack
Amber yellow? Try to set 0,0,255 (blue from the iCUE palate). Does it look right? If there is some blue, is it even all the way around?
Riptide_NVN
Blue works fine. 0,0,255 produces a fairly dark blue color. I just can't get this thing to do white.
c-attack
You are probably going to have to contact Support and hopefully a firmware flash resolves it.
Riptide_NVN
I called. It's an old unsupported product and hasn't had a firmware update in ages. They thought it may actually be the color being affected by the material it's passing through. I could try taking it apart and cleaning that or tear into it and check the function of the LEDs. Not worth it. I'll set it to 0,0,0 and keep it shut off. I lose the lit logo which is ok. The pump and everything still work, and it's not a big enough deal to me at this point to replace the unit.
