Weird M65 RGB Issues

I recently picked up the M65 RGB, and am very happy with it, apart from a pretty annoying hiccup. I've configured my lighting and DPI settings, but after 5 minutes of using the mouse with everything working, it seems to reset. None of my lighting effects are present, and I can't change the DPI with the DPI switches. I've tried reinstalling CUE and the mouse firmware to no avail. The only thing that works is unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in.

Any help would be appreciated.

This pretty much happens within 5-10 minutes of leaving the mouse plugged in, consistently. So always.

Have you tried a different USB port, or tried the mouse in another computer. Does this happen if CUe isnt running?

This does not happen in other PC's, if CUE isn't running then the mouse doesn't light up anyway. I think its probably a driver that filters the mouse. I've been uninstalling a lot of different drivers and VM programs.

could be on of the VM. I would recommend a clean install of windows if you can.

Uninstalled all VM's. Still nothing. I've noticed that the firmware version of the mouse is 1.19, although the latest version from what I understand is 1.20. I've tried updating through CUE off the server, but it says 1.19 is the latest. Can you link me the firmware so I can download 1.20 and try to install it?

Uninstalled all VM's. Still nothing. I've noticed that the firmware version of the mouse is 1.19, although the latest version from what I understand is 1.20. I've tried updating through CUE off the server, but it says 1.19 is the latest. Can you link me the firmware so I can download 1.20 and try to install it?

 

I cant upload the firmware but contact Corsair Support and ask them to help you with a hard firmware reset.

Not that i know of. Pm Corsair Henry and ask him if he can send you the steps and files.
