zenlike
The "hardware playback" checkbox and the "save to k90" buttons are grayed out on the profiler for my k90. How do I fix this? I'm using the latest firmware and software.
Toasted
What does the information screen say? Click the i at the top right hand corner. Latest BIOS and drivers? Tried a different USB port? Check Device Manager and see if there are any errors listed under the K90.

Software: 1.00.00.30 USB Keyboard: VID: 0x1B1C PID: 0x1B02 Manufacturer: Corsair Product: Corsair Vengeance K90 Keyboard Firmware: NA Windows: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit I've tried to reinstall the firmware a couple of times using different USB 2.0 ports and I haven't had any luck. I have set my usb selective suspend to disabled. I ran the profiler in admin mode and I was able to check the Hardware playback box and the click upload to k90 button but the G keys appear to be non-functional (even in software mode). Toasted
When you ran the software as admin was the firmware detected correctly? Do you have any other gaming mice software installed? If so, uninstall it.
zenlike
I stopped all of the software for my other peripherals and reinstalled everything in admin mode. Fixed the problem. Thanks, Toasted.
