acsustucson Posted May 31, 2019 Share Posted May 31, 2019 Hello there, i using H115i Platinum 4 month ago, it's perfect cooler until today. I updated iCUE version 3.15.56 and saw H115i Platinum Firmware Upgrade Pop-up. I Tried click to Upgrade and wait, but it was not completed. Now, my H115i Platinum have no RGB and my fans loading max speed, it's very loud. iCUE still detects my K95 keyboard and Lightning Node pro too. I Tried to uninstall and re-install iCUE, tried change USB-Port but it still not detect the cooler. I can see H115i Platinum in Windows Device I think have problem when upgrade H115i Firmware.
