Default Corsair HS70's not working after interrupted force update.

My HS70's were acting out a little bit, so i decided to force update them. When it was nearing completion, the connection got interrupted, and now they dont want to turn on. I don't know what happened and i only got them 3 months ago, and i tried everything but nothing has worked. Please someone help me idk what to do its not responding to the power button or anything please please please help.

Also I’m not sure if his matters or not but on the ICUE program, it doesn’t even recognize my headset, even when it’s plugged in.

If the dongle is plugged into the PC, iCUE should still recognize an HS70 connected. Try plugging into different USB ports, or a different PC/Laptop and see if it is detected. If not, you can reach out to our Technical Support team, and we can send out a replacement dongle:
