Default Scroll Click Not Working

Less than a week ago I bought a new Corsair Glaive RGB. It has been working great until yesterday. Now the scroll wheel click doesn't work as it did before.

Before, I was able to just click it once and it would register. Now I have to hold down the scroll wheel button for 3 seconds before it registers. This is really annoying me when I am trying to close tabs in Chrome and when playing games, as I have scroll click bound to abillities.

Any ideas of how I can fix this? The wheel and button still works fine, it just takes time for it to register.

Try a soft reset by unplugging the mouse, hold the left and right buttons, then plug the mouse back in. After 5 secs, release the buttons. If this doesn't correct the issue, you can replace the mouse through the retailer if it is still under their warranty, or submit a ticket through our support site and one of our Technical Support agents can help you with the replacement.
