Niko Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 Hi there Bought an LS100 yesterday, got it installed - all a bit fiddly but got there in the end. Updated the icue software and everything worked fine, played around a little with video, watched all the pretty lights from the various effects. Switched off the computer. Ever since switching it back on again: - The LEDS were a low white light and stayed that way no matter what effects I selected. - Reinstalled the icue software, reset the profile, got it working again but weirdly the power switch would not work. The lights stayed on no matter what. - Switched off the computer, using the black select for hardware, seemed to work. - Switched computer back on, the LEDS back to low white light no matter what. Cannot be bothered to keep reinstalling the software, am I missing something really obvious or is this a return to Amazon? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
