Corsair hs70 wireless battery dying?

So my hs70 started shutting down randomly between 20% - 50% battery left and when i turn them on battery shows 0% or like 3% left, ofc they are almost 2years old but just wanted to check that it is because the battery is dying, and they dont get fully charged even in like 6hours ill test draining and then charging but will see, and i have 3months of warranty left so i was thinking if the shop would be able to do something if its really the battery dying, and after i drain them ill charge and time if they last as long as they did when i got them.

I assume you used your warranty? They are lithiums, so don't have memory effect by design, and deep-cycling the battery will not have a huge impact. Curiously the user manual hints at hundreds of charges, when in my mind, it should be like 1000 minimum, but mine are still brand new, so hope they last longer than 2 years!
