NapalmCandy Posted July 30, 2020 Share Posted July 30, 2020 Hi, I received today the keyboard and only I was able to use in wired mode, I can't use wireless (and that was the reason to buy it) I installed on Windows the iCue software, I connected the USB receiver to PC, the iCue and Windows detected a new k83 keyboard, I go on iCue settings to iniciatialize the pairment wireless keyboard, I press on keyboard Fn and F5 during 2 seconds, in keyboard flashes fast the white light, it takes about 2 minutes and then it say that failed can't be paired, the white ligth flashes now slowly. I tried to pair with my Android phone with Bluetooth without problems, but I am unable to pair with the original receiver!!!: evil: I tried to update the firmware, it say it is up to date Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
