Sad Scroll Lock indicator LED flashing and CUE 2 not recognizing keyboard.

I bought a Strafe RGB a while back, and a few days ago, with CUE 2 open, my keyboard's ScrollLock key started flashing on and off (it's been doing this since). Also, when I go into CUE, it doesn't seem to recognize that my keyboard is plugged in, the Windows Lock doesn't work, and this keyboard has reverted to the default lighting profile. I went into BIOS, and from there, the keyboard shows up. I've uninstalled my "HID Keyboard Device" drivers and rebooted. I've replugged the keyboard multiple times. I've tried different USB slots. I've reinstalled CUE, and even tried the third-party CEE, and to no avail. What should I do from here?
