Default H100i Platinum SE stock thermal paste good enough...?

Do I need to wipe off the thermal paste that comes with it? Or use what i bought.. Artic MX-4....?

Notice let difference...?

Probably no measurable difference, but if you bought some stuff to use, go ahead and clean off the pre-applied and use your own so you don't stare at it every day wondering if you left 3C on the table. You haven't, but now you can be sure.

I had the same question when installing the h150i. Found a real world test comparing the stock paste to Noctua's NT-H1 paste. The pre-installed paste on the h150i outperformed the NT-H1.

I removed the stock thermal paste from my H115i and used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut... The CPU temp actually went up a degree or two on idle but dropped a couple of degrees under load....
