Default A possible fix to some connection problems.

To HID 32 or HID 64 that is the question.

The HID dll is used in accessing HID type devices.

Windows explorer uses the 64 bit version of HID to access devices if you are running 64 bit windows.

The CorsairHID.exe uses the 32 bit version of the DLL in windows 64.

I see a lot of can not open device errors in the logs.

Maybe that is because the two DLLs are competing for the same resources???

Explorer opens it uses it and the other cant open it because its in use by the other.

Maybe if the program CUE or whatever it was called was complied for both platforms or if there was a 32 and 64 bit download the problems that are driving people nuts would go away.

Just a thought?
