Myth221 Posted February 22, 2018 Share Posted February 22, 2018 Specs CORSAIR ONE PRO Compact Gaming PC CS-9000009 Intel Core i7 7th Gen 7700K (4.20 GHz) 16 GB DDR4 2 TB HDD 480 GB M.2 SSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Windows 10 Home 64-Bit So I got a new Corsair One Beast, and a K55 RGB keyboard for it. I was playing around in CUE and found that I needed to down-grade to earlier firmware. So, I was then directed to the Corsair Support (connect.corsair.com) where I tried to create my account and was met with this error code: 002 35700862-C631-4388-82BF-E10E345794B6 Now I need to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE, which I cannot do until I login. I read that downgrading was the solution, but it seems to be working fine now. However the creating of a Corsair Account problem, still remains...
