Default M65 weight screw broken after 12 days

well after 12 days my m65 mouse has broke already. One of the weights keeps falling out and it looks like the screw that holds it in has lost its thread.

Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the mouse for you. If not, request an RMA to replace it via Corsair.

Trying to deal with the seller Scan Computers now i remember why noone should deal with them over the phone. They talk to you like its a huge inconvenience. Having already explained the problem when asked over the phone they want it in an email as well. It just seems like im trying to get blood out of stone. I'm temped to just deal with Corsair directly since this mouse is less then 2 weeks old and quality control seems to have gone out the window with the corsair gaming range. Makes me doubt my favorite PC brand. I'll be without a mouse now for a few days as well it seems.

You may be able to get the shipping costs covered by Corsair. Just tell them the mouse is less than month old and upload the invoice.

Create a RMA at https://corsair.secure.force.com and I'll replace it for you.

I know this is a month old thread but I just bought a Corsair M65 RGB last month (08-03-15) and today (09-07-15) one of the weight screws threading came out stuck to the screw. Is it possible to get it fixed or replaced?

Create a RMA ticket with Corsair Support and they will get you a replacement.
