For my next system/future purposes I can't say that I will purchase Corsair products. Hard to recommend them at this point... I received a iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT as a replacement for an old Hydro Series H100i V2 where the pump started failing and was still under warranty. After installing the cooler and turning the PC on the fans would turn on at full blast, and when opening up the iCUE software the cooler was not on the list. Looking at the device manager Windows 10 is not picking up the cooler: https://imgur.com/a/rM0VBHR I tried plugging the USB cable to a different USB header on the motherboard and the issue persisted. I tried swapping the cable and the issue persisted. The only way I was able to get the cooler functioning is to connect the fans to the CPU and CPU_OPT headers, along with the pump on the AIO header on my motherboard. I've tried a ton of troubleshooting: Reinstalled the Corsair utility engine / driver Uninstalled/re-installed the device via Device Manager Tried different USB headers on the motherboard Tried different USB cables Updated iCUE to the latest version Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
