120gb Force - dead?

Hi, have 120gb Force 3 ssd and it seems to have died.

Has been running hapily in my hackintosh till the other day then could get OS to boot, so removed it attached to Mac boor air and ran diskwarrior to see if it could fix things, which it normally does very well.

After doing so i put it back in workstation, but drive could not be found, put back in usb caddy on MBA and it could be found again?

On the usb the drive caddy light keeps flashing, like it is being accessed?

Nothing on workstation.

Was purchased Aug 2011 so still in warranty, who do RTMA it too?

Was purchased in the UK at ebuyer.com

How safe will my data be if the drive can be fixed and is sold as refurbished?

Does the BIOS detect the SSD drive?

If no, request an RMA to replace the drive.

If the drive is fixed, Corsair will secure erase the drive.

Disk not found by bios.

having problem with RMA as it is not recognising any numbers i put for part number on RMA form?

Tried the part number on the drive

CSSD0F120G83

and one on original box

48-000099

the serial number on box is

11310014200006820296

any ideas ?

The part number for the Force Series 3 120GB SSD is CSSD-F120GB3.

I copied and pasted this and it still tells me to put in a part number?

ok got it, need to click on little search icon and select from list.
