Question Is there a way to use key combos to launch an application?

Hey Guys, so basically what I am trying to do is create a key combo to launch specified games.

I want ctrl + lftshift + B To open up BF1. I have been trying to get it to work but am starting to wonder, is this even possible in the current build?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Default

not without setting up multiple profiles...but if you wanted a ctrl profile and a shift profile and a ctrl shift profile, then you could do a while pressed profile selection in each and have the shortcut come in the last profile...it is described in greater detail elsewhere here but that is the jist
