teknoklutz
Hello, I plan to buy the "Corsair Gaming K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE Mechanical Keyboard, Backlit RGB LED, Cherry MX Speed RGB" of Amazon.com and get it shipped to India. Does Corsair have Global warranty and will I be able to, if required get the keyboard RMA'ed, serviced in India. Please advise. The keyboard is not available in India currently. Inheritance
As long as the product is sold by Amazon and shipped directly to you, you will have a valid warranty. If the item is sold or shipped to you by a 3rd party you will not have a warranty. I don't think they have an RMA center in India but they will ask you to ship it to the nearest RMA center. Toasted
Yes, Warranty is global. No, You will be required to send the unit back to the nearest RMA hub (Hong Kong) if a replacement is needed. The India service is only available for units that were purchased in India if i recall correctly.
Administrators Technobeard Posted February 28, 2017 Administrators Share Posted February 28, 2017 If you purchase it from Amazon INDIA (Amazon.in), you can RMA it with Kaizen in country. If you purchase it from any other Amazon site (Amazon.com), you'll have to RMA it to the closest international RMA depot (Taiwan). Toasted - HK depot closed years ago.
