gmxs Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Hi everyone I just purchased these headsets today based on the fact it clearly states they are compatible with the PS4, but on plugging them in directly into the controller or trying with the dongle, the sound is incredibly low even with everything turned up to max (game, PS4 and headset) I am so dissapointed with it, my previous cheaper headsets, sound a lot louder and clearer. I've tried plugging it into my laptop and loading up the iCue software to check for any updates, but running the latest versions, is there a way to fix the sound levels, or do I unfortunately have to return them.
