n3m37h Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 When the connection gets weak while CUE is running it often locks up the headset and I have to force update to the headset. But when the software is NOT running it just disconnects and reconnects easily I know for a fact it is the CUE software and not another software conflict so please do something about it it has been an issue since day 1 I would like to use the software with my headset and be able to walk around and not be stuck at my desk like the headset is not wireless :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
