I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or http://www.corsair.com/en-us/company/contact Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

But I will send them a message and ask them to contact you.

Just received email "Carlos Pascual" with the "sorry" of the circonstances. ^^
-explain :Corsair switched to new systems and it delayed for all rma .
Apparently he send a replacement for me today (?) :) .
