Hello

 

I wrote last week that the shipment is approved I was waiting when I write a letter to the cargo shipped but today the last day of the week and there is no answer. I wrote in support of the ticket but there are silent. Why do not you answer? What's the problem?

As I explained to you in your initial request the part you are requesting is not available and we are trying to acquire the parts for you but it is still not available. If you like like you can call our customer service by phone by using an VOIP Application like SKYPE and call the toll free number listed under Contact on the main site for free. Our RMA department has approved the RMA so you can send the whole case and get it replaced.

I am sorry but we cannot change it to another part number, please call our customer service by phone the toll free number is listed under contact on the main site and you can call them for free using an VOIP application like SKYPE
