Default BIOS Settings a8n32-sli deluxe & corsair 3500llpro

I need help with the bios config for all these settings listed below and the following hardware also listed below. Thank you

Testing parameters for TWINX3500LLPro:

Motherboard make and model: Asus A8N-SLI Premium
Each pair is tested and packaged together using the following settings:
CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 217MHz
DRAM Clock: Manually set to 1:1 or 400MHz
SDRAM CAS Latency: 2.0T
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T
SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T
SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T
SDRAM Bank Interleave: 4 Bank
SDRAM VDIMM: 2.75
Command Rate 1T
All other settings are motherboard defaults.
Maximum recommended VDIMM: 2.9

CAS Latency ( TCL ) =2
RAS/CAS Delay ( TRCO ) = 3
Min Active RAS ( TRAS ) = 6
Row Precharge Time ( TRP ) = 2

All other settings to defaults.

JumperFree Settings

AI Overclocking = Manual this unlocks the cpu freq to be set @ 217
Sb to Nb Frequency = 200 needs to be set to manual to see
Adjust PCIE Frequency = 100
Peg Link Mode = auto

Over-Voltage Vcore = Disable
Over-Voltage +1.2v = Disable
Over-Voltage +1.5v = Disable
Over-Voltage Hypertransport =disable
DDR Vcore = 2.6-2.9 as low as you can go on the scale and keep the system going this board runs hot
FID/VID Change = Manual unlocks your multi and voltage settings for the cpu
the multi should be 10x or 11x 2170-2387 slight under or overclock
set the voltage to 1.2875 the voltage is off abit and will run and 1.3+ set there
DDR Clock Skew = Auto

Please follow the link in my signature for the tested settings and all other settings should be left at Bios Default
