So I was able to copy a 68GB file to the drive, I'm trying to copy that same file from the drive.

Copy a different 20GB+ file to your destination drive, whichever drive it may be.

Well i created a 63GB zip file copied it to the ssd and back to platter drive and it worked... Well I'll re-install Guild Wars 2 and re-download the data and try after that I guess.

sounds like your original 20 gig file was corrupt...

I'm guessing but the game played fine. I'm going to try after i re-download all 20GB again... =/

your game will play fine until it needs to access the data thats corrupt,then itll fault or pop up an error...

Well we may actually have a problem. I just started a full chkdsk /F /R scan and it's been sitting on 11% for the last 10 minutes.

Anyone know if Corsair does cross shipping?

by cross shipping you mean do they send the replacement part first then yes they do,just start a rma and select advanced shipping..a credit card is needed for this option...

Is the SSD your system drive with the OS on it?

Also, have you taken a look at the drive health/status with the Corsair Toolbox?

Yes, it's the OS disk. I have not run the corsair ssd toolbox in a while.

Disconnect ALL other drives some the system if you feel the need to run check disk on it for some reason. Why are you running check disk at this point? And, is there anything bad showing in the SMART report from the toolbox?

Well it checked out ok. So I'm happy, that it came back clear. Just odd that I had to boot into the install media for it to get past 11%.
