Angry Issues with Vegenance K90 Keyboard

Preamble: Sorry, i'm Italian, i don't know well the english!

Hi all, i have a annoying issue with my Vegeneance K90 Keyboard.

In a nutshell: On Grub, Bios and Windows Loader (when i turn off my pc with the button and Windows Loader say: start in provisional mode or start in normal mode), the arrows, backspace and sending space don't work... All the keyboard don't work, BUT the illumation work

I have tried to update firmware, the update finished successfully but already don't work

Any idea for my problem?

EDIT: My layout keyboard is Italian and my system specs can found in my profile.

Latest BIOS?
Have you tried plugging the keyboard on a USB 2.0 port?
