I found 10 RED MX Cherry Keys on EbaY FOR $4.99 plus $2 shipping. No mention if they would work with a K90. Bought them and installed them with ease. They fit perfectly on the K90 and can be removed as easily as the original keys. They have letters on them so you can still figure out the key. The best news is that the led allows them to GLOW. Maybe not quite as bright as original but good enough. See attached picture.

Here is the order link. The only problem I had was the seller took a week to mail them. Arrived 9 days after they were ordered.

I keep hitting the caps lock key by accident while typing.
The Caps lock key on my old Logitech keyboard had a lowered part on the right side.
Is there any way to get such a key that filts the style of the K90?

Here's an example of what i mean:
('80s grey, obviously not the key i want...)

EDIT:

I just learned that the key i am looking for is a "stepped" caps lock key.

So i am looking for a stepped caps lock key that will fit the K90. Anyone?

Oh yeah- I really like glowing keys. Especially at night when I am typing away. I still need to look down at my keyboard even though I know where the letters are- old habits.

As for the Capslock- yeah I also need a stepped one.
I keep hitting it unintentionally and the Cherry reds are so sensitive even with the o-ring dampeners on if I just breath on the keys they register.

I was thinking of modifying an existing key with a file or else order one that is just a few mm shorter and have the words "Caps Lock" printed on it just like the WASD keys I ordered.

I also came across the following thread and thought hmmm- snip and glue would work too. Just grab a normal stepped Capslock key and modified it with an MX stem.

don't call me discouraging, but unless Corsair starts to make their own multi-colored spacebar caps, we're never gonna be able to find any non-black spacebars...

Hi guys,

Thinking of buying some of these O-rings for my K95: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3209561015...84.m1438.l2649

Has anyone used these particular o rings or ones with the same dimensions (8x4x2mm)? I would like to get some info before I buy them :) £3 delivered for 500 rings sounds like a good deal to me!

Thanks guys,
Charlie

Looking for replacing my K95 Keycaps across the whole board. Some are showing signs of chiping off as I already have 2 keys that have lost some of their coating. I am on the computer literally 24/7 so I put everything to good use.

Wondering where can I go to get the same look as the original but premium quality. I wanna know what Keycaps and O-rings do I need to buy to get the best out of the best and longevity.

Hope to get a response by a few today so I can come to a finalized conclusion and order them asap.

Thanks

While we are not affiliated with them in any way, MaxKeyBoards do sell complete key cap sets that will fit our keyboard:

After searching around, it looks like the MX key set is a bit different size in certain areas.

Is there anywhere else I can buy the exact same size ones and look for the K95 (Non-RBG)?

Unfortunately not. Most people don't sell a transparent keycap set. I am pushing our PM to offer whole sets of keycaps in the future.

What keys do you need? PM me I'll see if I can salvage some for you.
