Default 2 Force 3 120GB for RAID 0, but 2 diff. FW

I bought 2 Force 3 120gb SSDs about 2 months ago. Both had the same starting serial# of 1123. One of them gave me a problem about a month ago so had to RMA it. Got the new one with new serial#.
Now the other original one I bought is giving me the same problem, so tech support suggested I upgrade to the new 1.3 firmware before RMAing it. So as I was upgrading both the new drive and the orig. I noticed I have to use 2 diff. 1.3 FW updates.
1 has the 22793_fw_cl_mlc_Intel the other has the 22788_fw_cl_mlc_Micron.

Is this going to cause a problem for me now or down the road if I am using these in a RAID 0 config?
