Default H115i Pro RGB USB problem

I guess this is a problem:

Tried with the provided cable and to external USB port, both 3.0 and 2.0.
Pump is spinning on sata power, fans never started (now connected to Qfan controlled).

EDIT: trying to share a google photo picture link... Anyway, i get the message : The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not regonize it

I would contact Corsair or your vendor for a replacement.
