Question HDD Mounting

Are HDD-mounting in 800D vibration damped?
I would like to install at least 3 disks (5400 & 7200 rpm) and in my current case (Gigabyte Aurora) it very drone

The hot swap HDD cage is mounted on rubber, which acts as vibration dampening.

I saw this photo, but there it is impossible to understand where is rubber. May be owners can provide more detailed photos? Thanks!
