DevBiker
Yes, this is a well-known issue. The problem is with Windows Management Instrumentation or, more specifically, the .NET wrapper for WMI (System.Management).

DevBiker
Thank you! How can I solve it? Unfortunately, you can't. Either Microsoft needs to fix System.Management (and they haven't for years) or Corsair needs to figure out a way to do what they need to do without using System.Management (doable but a major change and not necessarily straightforward either). Corsair's not the only one that's gotten bitten by WMI's flakiness either. My MSI "Gaming App" would have WMI issues as well. Anyone else using System.Management and WMI will as well. It's just the nature of the beast, unfortunately. I just love WMI and System.Management, can you tell?
