Two ML 120 Pro RGB on a splitter, will it work ok?

I only has one chassis fan header left in my motherboard (it's 1A and 12W) and i plan to install two more ML 120 PRO rgb in my H100i Pro XT AIO to a Push/Pull configuration. Will Two ML 120 Pro RGB on a splitter (from the motherboard header, not molex) work ok?

I've heard some people say that the ml120 pro should be conected in a 12W header to work properly. Will a Splitter compromise it?

Yes, a PWM splitter will be fine.

Just make sure that the header and the splitter are both 4-pin PWM and that the header is set to PWM mode. That will ensure that you have a constant 12V.
