promyk
Hi I bought Corsair SP2200 speakers set around 2 months ago from amazon.co.uk and unfortunately experienced the well known "left speaker weird crackling noise issue". I've contacted the tech support and have been issued with an RMA and told to ship it to Netherland. It's all great but the shipping from UK to Netherland (5kg parcel ~£40) costs almost as much as buying a new set £50. Is there any other way to resolve it? My case number is 2807345. Thx Piotr
Shamaan
Hello, same problem for me, I have to send to Netherlands from France but Corsair refuse to pay. It was answered me that in their warranty states, it is specify that the customer may have to pay the return shipping. I finally decided to pay it otherwise impossible to do a return. The only other solution is to see with the shops which sell this kit. This solution was told to me by rmaservice. I don't know how it happens in UK but in France, no shops accept this kind of change when the product wasn't bought in the same shop. Good luck to find your solution

promyk
RAM GUY, do you think I can ship satellites only and keep a subwoofer? That would significantly reduce weight and cost of parcel. Thx
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted April 30, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 30, 2012 I'm not sure what the RMA department will want you to do. I understand what you are saying but unfortunate its not anything I can set up for you. Let me know of your progress .
