Default Package temperature - what is the norm? [H100i]

Hi everyone,

I just installed a Ryzen 5 CPU and a new motherboard, resulting in having to re-apply my h100i. But when cold booting and checking Corsair Link within ten seconds, the package temperature is already in the 80 Celcius.

Which seems extremely high, but from googling around I can't figure out what is the norm and temperature range I should be expecting?

I've attached a capture of Link, which has been taken within the first ten seconds of a cold boot.
