devilchi Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 I just got a K95 platinum. I absolutely love this keyboard. The issue I am having is when I plug My void headset into the pass through on the keyboard I get a error saying the usb device is not recognized. I plug My glaive mouse into the pass through and it works just fine. I plug My headset into any other usb port on the pc and its found instantly. I have the pass through cable connected and of course the keyboard cable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Icue and drivers. Nothing seems to help. Any help would be appreciated.
