Strafe RGB MK.2 not detected by Mac

Hello everyone,

I've seen a couple threads about this, but none of them show any solutions.

My Strafe worked just fine with Mac until about 2 months ago. I can still type with it, but the iCue software does not detect it, so none of the Mac keyboard shortcuts work. The Mac is an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) running mac OS 10.13.6 (17G8030).

I have tried:

- Downloaded latest software.

- Reset keyboard to factory defaults.

- Connected to a Windows 10 laptop, downloaded software and then updated firmware on laptop.

- Tried multiple different USB ports on the Mac.

The keyboard works 100% on the Windows 10 laptop.

Anyone have any other ideas?
