Wie geschrieben, die Unterlegscheiben wären notwendig, wenn die Schrauben nicht halten. Da aber deine Lüfter über den Gummis sind und die Schraube wohl nicht durch die acht Löcher deines Lüfters fallen, erübrigt sich dies.

Sorry für das Missverständnis. Wenn es so passt, ist das so in Ordnung. Du brauchst die Unterlegscheiben nicht zwingend zu verwenden.
