I have a Carbide Spec-1 and I solved the problem with a low cost front panel box with more USB ports and one type C version

as a bonus the box also has flash card readers so i can read any memory card

Is the carbide 275R going to get the USB 3.1 Type C I/O Panel Upgrade Kit?

low cost front panel boxes for any occasion are very low cost on ebay

my box has a type c on it and 3 type along with a card reader above the usb ports

as type c expands i can always get a new or secondary from panel box

I've ordered this for my 570x because i mainly wanted USB C on thee front and getting rid of that unsightly ugly big usb cable that we're all used to, does the one small cable power both ports? Including the USB 3 port?

Interested in the 750D upgrade kit as well. Not available in Corsair's website.

I am looking for instructions for removing the original I/O panel on the 750D and installing the new. Do I need to remove the 5.25 drive cage?

Yes, I have had my 760T case for years and I still love it. I would like to update one of the usb ports to type C.

Both kits are priced at USD $19.99 and will be available on our webstore.

I have a Corsair 750D case, and I see that the USB-C front I/O panel is out of stock on the US Corsair site:

It seems to be available on the UK and EU sites, though the site will only allow shipping to the UK / Europe:

It seems available in some other countries too, but the site only allows shipping to those countries. Where can I buy one in the US?

Default USB connector

I have just purchased a 100R that has the large USB3 front panel connector as shown in the photos. My MB is an old X58 Pure Black that only has a 9-pin (10 with one blank) USB 2 header. Is there a way to use this?
Thanks

Will there ever be a front IO upgrade kit for the 1000D?
