PNY is not responsible afaik, their card is not at fault for the leak. Guess that's one for Corsair..

I tried calling but they never answer and its really annoying worst part about it is they are not gonna rma it since the block was given to me as a gift and since I didnt buy it they are not gonna rma. I did buy the 2080 though.

Wow. That is a horrible response. Lesson learned: Do not accept Corsair products as a gift and do not gift Corsair products to friends and loved ones.

Yep I even waited a whole week just to be told they could not rma or even replace my 2080 that there trash block broke. Lesson here is stick to REAL watercooling companies like EKWB. I'm selling all my corsair stuff amd getting a EKWB 280mm setup. #CORSAIRLAME

That's not 100% accurate. The support team asked for the receipt. Have you asked the gift giver for a copy of the receipt?

My mom gave it to me and I did ask her she dont have it unfortunately. Even if I don't have the receipt to block is made by Corsair and the block destroyed my 2080 and you guys knew that the Block had a defect I don't understand why you guys put two screws instead of 3. I honestly think Corsair should take responsibility because in the end one of your products did end up killing a GPU. This would have never happened if I would have just went with EK

I'd suggest asking her to ask the store for a copy of the receipt. They may be able to send over a new copy.

She got it on my stepdad amazon account and they got divorced cause he cheated but thats besides the point. Point is I can't do anything about it i just have a dead 2080 laying here. But to be honest I wanna buy a Powercooler 5700xt liquid devil and use that instead. If corsair was so kind as to help with the broken 2080 then I could afford to buy the liquid devil, if not I'm gonna have to buy it in 1 or 2 months. Dont let me down Corsair I still love u guys buy I've just been disappointed. I had enough of razer's bs so I switched to steelseries for my keyboard and mouse and desk mousepad. My headsets are a audio technica ATH-M50 with a mod mic buisness.
