Pondering
Hello I'm having a weird issue with my Corsair K60 keyboard. Backstory: I purchased they keyboard from Corsair's Clearance site. I plugged it in, and ran the firmware update from the Downloads page. Everything reported successfully. However, some keys are outputting the wrong character(s) while others are fine. I plugged the keyboard into my other PC and it has the identical output. (Just to be sure I moved the "good" keyboard back to the first and it performed correctly). Now with both keyboards on one PC I'll compare outputs: (Left is my K90, Right is the K60) a = az b = bfv45 c = cd d = cd e = e f = fv g = gr h = hu i = i j = jm k = k, l = l. m = jmn n = jmn o = o p = p' q = q r = gr s = sx t = t u = hu v = bfv w = w\ x = sx y = y z = az 1 = 1` 2 = 2 3 = 3 4 = 45 5 = 45 6 = 67 7 = 67 8 = 8= 9 = 9 0 = 0- Now looking at the output it seems like most are outputting a nearby character as well. I re-flashed the firmware, same output. Any ideas?
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted September 27, 2014 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 27, 2014 Pondering, did this happen just recently? Was there any liquid by chance that got onto the keyboard?

Corsair LeChuck
Straight from the box I ran the firmware update. Nothing on my end. Please ensure that when performing the firmware update, that you have it connected via USB 2.0 port. Additionally, please disable USB Selective suspend in the 'advanced power settings,' (Control Panel, Power Options, Change Plans) reboot your machine, and reflash the firmware. Please let me know if the issues persists. If it does, please go to http://corsair.force.com and submit an RMA request and let me know your RMA number in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
