Mxm124 Posted August 14, 2019 Share Posted August 14, 2019 I’m having trouble installing the cables for the fans I have for the cooler in the title and the two case fans that came with the case into my motherboard. First time building a pc and I’m confused on which cable goes in where along with two of the pump cables. I have a MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon along with a Fractal Meshify C case. DevBiker Posted August 14, 2019 Share Posted August 14, 2019 The pump will have a 2 sets of 2 fan connectors - 1 is for the fan speed control and one is for the RGB. The fans that came with the pump should be connected to those. There is also a fan connection for the cooler. Ideally, this should be on the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard. It's not required but it does prevent a CPU Fan warning from the BIOS. The case fans should be connected to your motherboard fan headers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
