Post corsair carbide 600q fan speed controller problem

Hi,
I am new member here.
I have Corsair carbide 600q case. I bought it second hand with a little problem. Problem is top side fan speed controller fan cable connection cable looks like burned ! That cable naked skin and i see all lenght copper lines.

In user manual this cable show
10. Connecting the Fan Controller
1-Connect the SATA power connector to the PSU SATA power cable.
