bntlol Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 Hi, i put my h2100 in the charger and turned it on, and now it wont turn off again. I get no sound in windows no matter what audio source i use in the volume options. I cant turn it off on the powerbutton, i cant even disconnect the headset from the dongle without actually disconnecting the dongle from my USB port. Trying to turn off headset = the blue LED and red/orange LED (mini usb port) both keeps glowing, nothing happens. Removing dongle from PC = I loose connection and the blue led dies, but the red one keeps glowing. How the hell do i turn off the headset?
