Fans are blinking and changing colors themselves?

Hey guys. Few weeks ago my front fans started changing colors and blinking on their own. I tired to upgrade iCUE but without success. That issue is only about three front fans, another 3 fans on back and top of case are fine. Anyone knows where is the problem?
